High-Value Service Component ($2,001–$10,000 AUD items)
This component applies to any item declared or confirmed to have a market or replacement value exceeding $2,000 AUD. High-value items require additional layers of assessment, data validation, risk coverage, and internal audit prior to certificate issue.

This is paid in addition to the Valuation and Appraisal service irrespective of whether its Standard, Express or Critical.

We apply enhanced diligence protocols including:

• Expanded market sales comparisons (up to 6 sources)
• Additional provenance review or authenticity checks
• Eligibility for formal peer review when needed
• Alignment with insurer documentation standards for items above standard limits

This adjustment ensures your valuation meets compliance and insurance expectations, while preserving full PI coverage under our Lloyd’s of London policy.

Note: If your item is later assessed as exceeding $10,000 AUD, a senior valuer will contact you for a tailored quote and upgraded handling pathway.
